- Nothing grants any person any rights to use the Company name or any of their trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions provided regarding Company or their services is entirely voluntary and Company will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as they see fit and without any obligation to the Client.
- Access, tamper with, or use non-client areas of the platform (including content storage), Company’s computer systems, or any private systems owned and/or operated by Company
- Disable, interfere with, or try to circumvent any of the features of the platforms related to security or probe, scan, or the vulnerability of any of Company’s systems
- Copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code of or content within Company’s platform or services

Upon each renewal, the payment method on file will be charged for the subscription fee and any applicable tax on the corresponding calendar day. Users agree to update payment information when necessary. The timing of billing may be changed, especially if the payment method fails to settle. If located in a region where consumer sales tax applies, the company will collect and remit the tax to the proper authorities. Depending on the location, taxes may be included in the displayed price or added during checkout. Payments for all fees are processed through secure third-party payment processors, accepting various methods detailed on the payment screen. Information provided to payment processors is not stored by the company and is subject to their privacy policies and terms. Third-party processors may charge processing fees, for which the company bears no responsibility. Enrollment via a gift card or scholarship does not require providing a payment method. Such subscriptions will end automatically at the period's conclusion. To continue beyond that period, users must enroll in an automatically renewing subscription and provide payment information. The company reserves the right to introduce new products or services or modify existing ones. Additional charges may apply for new products or services. Changes to subscription terms, including pricing, may occur from time to time, effective at the beginning of the next billing period. Users will receive advance notice of these changes, except for changes in applicable taxes. To reject a price change or subscription plan alteration, users can cancel before the change takes effect.
